The delivery time abroad depends on the customs service of your country.

Accurate shipping rate is calculated automatically at checkout by a third-party shipping service based on the details of Synthesit order and is added to the total cost of your order. The price depends on the address you specified and the selected delivery service.

We ship out the paid products every Wednesday and Friday following the order.

After the parcel is shipped out, you receive an SMS with a track number and a tracking link. You will also receive an email with the track number to the email address you specified.

What is the difference between Russian Post, EMS, CDEK and DHL services?

RUSSIAN POST will deliver to the nearest post office to your address. You will need to pick up the parcel from the office yourself. Please track your parcel by a track number

CDEK courier company, will deliver to the address you specified to the apartment/office. When your shipment is located at the distribution point, a CDEK courier will contact you and arrange the most convenient time for you to receive the order.

OVERSEAS ORDERS: EMS and DHL. The company will deliver to your apartment/office to the address you specified. When your shipment is located at the distribution point, the courier will contact you and arrange the most convenient time for you to receive the order.
